Grant Making

Proposals for grants are to be submitted by the last working day of the month prior to being reviewed. Grants are reviewed monthly, from August until May, at the regular FIST board meetings. A letter of denial or acceptance is sent to each applicant. Those who will receive awards are invited to the next month’s FIST meeting to tell us a little more of their project/program, sign a grant agreement, receive their final project form and receive their check.
